The Welch Allyn Spot Vital Signs Monitor is a popular choice in high-volume settings where speed and accuracy are vital to productivity. This fully automated vital signs monitor measures NIBP, pulse rate and MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure) and includes options for SpO2 and temperature measurements. Results from NIBP, pulse rate, temperature and SpO2 are displayed within 30 seconds.

Modular and multiparameter design allows for quick selection of vital signs. Readings are dynamically communicated to an easy-read LCD screen in real time. The monitor is easily transportable with various mounting options available.

Automated Blood Pressure: The Spot Vital Signs comes standard with an Automated Noninvasive Blood Pressure unit using the oscillometric method. Pulse rate and Mean Arterial Pressure are included. Measurements are received in less than 30 seconds.

Covidien/Nellcor or Masimo SpO2 Pulse Oximetry: Spo2 measures the oxygen level in the blood stream. This feature provides a continuous pulse rate reading vs. a onetime pulse rate reading the standard BP option provides. The Spot Vital Signs may be configured with the latest pulse oximetry technology from Masimo or Covidien/Nellcor for accurate SpO2 and pulse rate readings. Masimo has been proven to offer superior capabilities when taking readings of a patient with unstable finger movement.

SureTemp Plus Thermometery - Axillary, Oral & Rectal: SureTemp Plus quickly captures accurate readings, and displays them on its large backlit LCD display. The SureTemp thermometry offers options to obtain oral, axillary or rectal temperatures with the maximum speed and accuracy. Temperatures are received between 4-15 seconds.

The SureTemp includes an Oral Probe and 25 oral probe covers. The temperature modules features storage space for 25 probe covers, and removable, interchangeable wells to prevent cross-contamination between patients. It is powered by 3 x AAA batteries, which will provide 5,000 readings.
