Awesome Design. Assembled with a color TFT Display, the iM8 Vital Signs Continuous Patient Monitor shows Arrhythmia, S-T Analysis and OxyCRG indicators in large fonts. Full-disclosure waveforms review indicate measurements for the past 120 seconds. The Patient Monitor features a large storage capacity and offers 120 hours of graphic and tabular trends of all parameters. It also features a Nurse Call Function and adjustable audible and visual alarms.
Excellent Features. Featuring a unique iSEAP algorithm, the iM8 Vital Signs Continuous Patient Monitor is specially optimized for arrhythmia and high blood pressure patients. It is assembled with an advanced SpO2 module with motion and low perfusion resistance performance. Its innovative design ensures defibrillation protection and synchronization. It provides 3/5-Lead ECG, S-T and Arrhythmia analysis, accurate Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) reading, Heart & Breathing Rates, Temperature, and Non-Invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP) measurements.
Oxygen Saturation (SpO2)
The Patient Monitor measures SpO2 and PR by using a ray measuring system and are calculated based on the corresponding algorithms. The system automatically enhances or lessens the gain if the signal is either weak or strong.
Non Invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP)
By using an Automatic Oscillometric method, the NIBP module measures the pressure via the pressure transducer and delivers the signal to the AD which detects and measures the pressure and pulse wave signal. The BP is then calculated based on the related algorithm. The iM8 Patient Monitor allows manual, automatic and continuous operation modes that allow the measuring of systolic, diastolic and means pressure types for adult, pediatric and neonatal patients.
Temperature
The Edan iM8 Series Patient Monitor is assembled with a dual-channel temperature measuring system that supports YSI sensor. The system collects the body temperatures by utilizing a steady voltage source.
ECG
The Edan ECG system offers 3-lead and 5-lead modes which simultaneously detects an arrhythmia and provides S-T analysis.
RESP
The iM8 Series Patient Monitors support I and II lead selection. Respiration measuring and monitoring are conducted by trans-thoracic impedance method.
Optional IBP (2 Channel)
The iM8 Series Patient Monitors have open IBP Ports Standard. To make it operable you need to purchase pressure transducer interface cable and kits that are available. IBP 2 channel system allows measuring ART, PA, CVP, RAP, LAP, ICP, P1, P2.
Optional CO2 (Philips Respironics / Edan Sidestream)
An Optional Philips Respironics system provides sidestream or mainstream CO2 monitoring for intubated or non-intubated patients. The measuring range provided is 0-150 mmHg. The Optional Edan G2 CO2 is a sidestream unit that presents innovative capnography technology. It features dual-channel pumping and arc style dehumidification channel. Its measuring range is 1-100 mmHg.
