The Ri-mini® Fiber Optic Pocket Set features high quality diagnostic instruments suitable for physicians and medical student. The "Mini" is smaller in size than standard Diagnostic sets.. The Otoscope is used to examine the external auditory canal and the eardrum, while the Ophthalmoscope is used to extensively check the fundus and screen for eye diseases and conditions of the retina, optic nerve, and blood vessels. Each set is portable and useful during rounds and house calls. It features halogen HL illumination similar to daylight for clarity and patient comfort, exchangeable heads with screw fitting, adjustment rings with sturdy metal screw head, and plastic tubes with reusable specula. Designed with medical professionals in mind, it is cost-effective without compromising on quality.
Each set includes a Ri-mini® Fiber Optic Otoscope and Ri-mini® Fiber Optic Ophthalmoscope, and four 2.5 mm and six 4 mm Reusable Ear Specula in a plastic tube. The handles hold two type AA batteries (not included). The instruments are Black. It all comes in a hard case with a safety catch. The Diagnostic Set is made in Germany and comes with a 2 year warranty.
