The Petrolatum Gauze Non-Adhering Dressing is intended to be used as a non-adherent packing for full thickness wounds. The  petrolatum impregnated dressing provides a moist environment, contributing to healthy wound healing.

The dressing is made from conformable, fine, soft gauze impregnated with white petrolatum. It can be used for chronic wounds like stage II-IV pressure ulcers, tunneling wounds and non-infected wounds. Removal of the gauze causes fewer traumas to the patient and wound since it is non-adherent.
