PTS Diagnostics 2713 PTS Panels eGLU Glucose Test Strips (50/Box)

The PTS Diagnostics PTS Panels eGLU Glucose Test Strips, 50 per Box are state-of-the-art medical reagents designed with today's revolutionary testing technology that measure glucose levels from a patient's whole blood samples. These are used in the diagnosis and treatment of carbohydrate metabolism disorders including diabetes mellitus, neonatal hypoglycemia, and idiopathic hypoglycemia, and of pancreatic islet cell carcinoma.

Created for Accuracy and Reliability. Using electrochemical (amperometric) technology, the PTS Panels eGLU Glucose Test Strips produces a glucose result through an electrical current. Once the blood sample is applied to a test strip, the blood starts a chemical reaction and is converted into a glucose result and is displayed on the PTS Diagnostics CardioChek Plus Cholesterol and Glucose Monitor. Each strip has a MEMo Chip which features the test name, calibration curve, lot number, and expiration date. After the MEMo Chip is inserted into the analyzer and blood is added to the strip, the test results for Electrochemical Glucose levels are displayed in about 10 seconds. These test strips have a sample size of 15 µL and have a measuring range of 40-600 mg/dL (2.22 – 33.3 mmol/L).
