The HemoSure One-Step Fecal Immunochemical Test Kit is a sandwich dye conjugate immunoassay that aids in the proper diagnosis of fecal occult blood with a high degree of sensitivity.
Optimal Accuracy. Employed with a unique combination of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, the One-Step Fecal Immunochemical Test Kit can selectively identify fecal occult blood in human feces. In less than five minutes of the test, elevated levels of human hemoglobin as low as 0.05 ugHb/ml can be detected with positive results for high levels of hemoglobin is detected as early as one or two minutes.
