The CanDo Low Powder Exercise Band PEP® Pack is a high-quality exercise set used for progressive resistance. It enhances physical therapy, rehabilitation, conditioning and athletic training. Ideal for homes, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.
Each pack is composed of three (3) ready-to-use, 4-foot bands with varying resistance. The lightweight, resistive exercise band is portable and durable. Use alone or with handles and anchors for more exercise variations. Bands are packaged in a polybag for convenience.
Band is colour-coded in 7 levels of resistance so you can progressively exercise. Levels are arranged in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: yellow (x-light), red (light), green (medium), blue (heavy), black (x-heavy), silver (xx-heavy), and gold (xxx-heavy). It uses the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. Each band measures 5 inches wide. Each band is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause latex sensitivities.
