The BD IV Extension Set w/ MaxGuard Connector is a latex-free and DEHP-free medical supply designed to provide much-needed flexibility and additional infusion capabilities to IV infusion while ensuring patient safety with the MaxGuard Connector. 

The MaxGuard antimicrobial connector is designed to reduce occlusions and microbial ingress when properly disinfected. With clear housing and a simple open fluid path, it helps clinicians better assess flush efficacy. It is available in a pressure-rated model labeled for use with low-pressure power injectors up to 325 PSI and a maximum flow rate of 10 mL/second.
