Microstream® Capnography
The N 85 Portable Monitor is designed with the implementation of the most advanced Microstream® technology. It provides a full-featured capnography that delivers a clear picture of your patient’s respiratory status via crisp waveform display and trend data. The Capnograph widely expands your diagnostic capability by requiring a low sample flow rate of only 50 mL/min allowing to monitor different patient groups, from neonates to adults. Moreover, a wide variety of quality accessories help facilitate CO2 monitoring on both mechanically ventilated and nonintubated patients, including those receiving supplemental oxygen, even in high humidity environments.
Nellcor™ Pulse Oximetry
The N-85 Monitor includes a high-performance pulse oxymetry function that provides consistently accurate SpO2 and pulse rate measurements. The latest Nellcor™ signal processing technology delivers superior measurement capabilities even under difficult monitoring conditions such as various degrees signal interference including low perfusion, weak pulse signals and patient motion. In addition, the Monitor ensures advanced diagnostic capabilities by providing both graphical trends and plethysmographic waveform. Intended as a versatile device, this Pulse Oximeter is compatible with a full line of OxiMax sensors. Advanced compatibility allows a wider range of patient monitoring options, expending them from neonates through adults. Ability to use OxiMax SpO2 forehead or nonadhesive sensors give you options for improved performance on patients with low perfusion and enhanced care for patients with fragile skin. To top off all the benefits, this Han-Held Monitor has been configured to interface with Nellcor™ OxiNet III remote monitoring system.
Excellent Design
As a portable, hand-held device, N 85 Capnograph/Pulse Oximeter weights only 1.87 lbs and features 8.11"H x 3.46"W x 2.06"D in dimensions. It is assembled with a large graphic LCD display for CO2 and plethysmographic waveforms, pulse rate, respiration rate and trend data, and two numeric fields that show EtCO2, SpO2 readings. Both display and control buttons feature a backlit design for operation convenience in any medical environment. Audio alarms are assigned for all monitoring parameters and allow limits adjustment. The Monitor features a data output allowing PC/Printer connection and a customizable four-language menu.
