Medline adds infinite position reclining to their line of manual wheelchairs with the Excel Reclining Wheelchair.
It has a reclining range of 50 degrees - from 90° to 140° - via quick adjust handles, making this one of the most comfortable wheelchairs you can find. The Excel Recliner also features full back and head support with a 22" high back and a 10" removable headrest.
The Recliner's carbon steel frame has chip-resistant chrome plating, and the upholstery is durable, comfortable vinyl. The desk length removable arms feature padded and upholstered armrests, and the detachable elevating legrests feature padded calf pads.
Other great aspects of the Excel Reclining Wheelchair include standard anti-tippers, a dual axle that allows for easy adjustment of seat height to hemi-level (for the 16" and 18" seat options), and support for an anti-device and Tinnerman Leg Rest Locks.

The Excel Reclining Wheelchair comes in four seat sizes. The seat width varies and the depth for all of them is 17". The 16" and 18" options have a 300 lb. weight capacity and the 20" and 22" options have a 350 lb. weight capacity. Select the seat size of your choice from the drop-down menu above.
