The Edan DUS 60 Digital Ultrasonic Diagnostic Imaging System is a compact, highly efficient portable unit that provides a superb image quality. The applied PW Doppler imaging technique sufficiently increases diagnostic value. 

Phase Inversion Harmonic Imaging
DUS 60 System implements a great Phase Inversion Harmonic Imaging technology. It works to prevent ultrasonic impulse distortion when going through the body tissue. The phase-inversion harmonics cancel the fundamental components while harmonic signal remains. The pure harmonic signals have a higher frequency and less clutter, providing a high quality image as an outcome.

Speckle Reduction Technology
At the base of a Speckle Reduction technology Edan uses an advanced multi-scale anisotropic filtering algorithm, by means of which the system reduces speckle noise and provides a much better diagnostic visualization of anatomy and pathology.

Multi-Beam Technology
DUS 60 system produces multiple beams by adding same signals together with different delays. It is done to improve the image resolution without having to compromise on the frame-rate. With this technology the frame-rate can actually be improved along with the resolution, instead of having to reduce one of the values.

Excellent Features and Specifications: As a perfectly mobile, hand held unit, DUS 60 has a light-weight and compact design and a built-in battery that provides up to 2 hours of work. The system has a user-friendly interface that includes image optimization via smart IP key and the user-defined keys that allow customizing your own workflow. It has a powerful storage capacity that allows 256-frame cine loop memory and 504 MB for image storage.  

The DUS 60 is designed with a TFT-LCD monitor that measures 12.1" and has a black and white color screen display. This equipment has two (2) transducer ports that can accommodate different transducers (sold separately), ensuring reliability in every procedure done in the facility.
