The CanDo Digi-Flex Multi® Basic Starter Exerciser is a versatile hand exerciser that improves isolated finger strength, coordination, and flexibility. Great for physical therapy and rehabilitation. Suitable for the gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.
The Basic Starter Pack contains a base/frame and four (4) buttons so you can start your exercise / hand therapy right away. Simply press each button to exercise individual fingers or press all buttons to strengthen hand and forearm. Each button snaps in easily onto the frame so you can easily switch to a lower or higher level of resistance. It also features an ergonomic palm bar that is padded for added comfort. Finger buttons are color-coded according to resistance level. Levels are arranged in order of strength from least to greatest: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold.
