The CanDo® Digi-Extend n' Squeeze® Hand Exerciser is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination of the finger, hand, and forearm. It helps develop a good balance between the flexor and extensor muscles as it strengthens the hand and forearm. It is designed to perform a comprehensive reciprocal exercise program. It successfully combines all the benefits and features of Digi-Extend® and Digi-Squeeze®. Excellent for physical therapy, conditioning, and rehabilitation. Suitable for the gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.
It has an ergonomic ball-shape that provides placement and balanced pressure distribution for the hand and fingers. Choose from five (5) color-coded firmness levels that provides progressive resistance. Levels are arranged from the lightest to the heaviest: yellow, red, green, blue and black. Each firmness level is available in three sizes: small, medium, and large. Each hand exerciser is equipped with four (4) tensions of resistance bands - xx-light (tan), x-light (yellow), light (red), and green (medium). Bands are latex-free to minimize allergic reactions.
