Derm 942 Desiccator provides 40 watts of power for the removal and destruction of skin lesions and coagulation of tissue in either Fulguration / Monopolar or Bipolar modes. The output power is adjustable in 1/10 watt increments. In Fulguration mode the Desiccator produces a sparking at the skin surface for a more precise and shallow tissue destruction. The Bipolar mode is intended for an intensive coagulation effect with some arcing. For superb dependability the Desiccator incorporates a self diagnostics system that continuously monitors the device eliminating any performance failures. In case a problem is detected the machine automatically disables the output and displays a reference error code.
