The Smiths Medical BCI SPECTRO2 30 Pulse Oximeter utilizes its patented BCI Serial Autocorrelation technology to provide dependable results to a wide range of patients. It boasts its reliability even under challenging clinical environments with its low perfusion performance and motion tolerance.
Functions: This model does not only read Sp02 and pulse rate, it also includes signal strength and Pulse Amplitude Index (PI) to ensure the user's confidence in the results. Sp02 readings go from 0%-100%, while PI readings go from 0.03%-20% which adds to its accuracy and range. Of course, there's the pulse rate that ranges from 20BPM-300BPM, a bit higher than normal handheld oximetry devices. In addition, users can select between three operating modes to optimize the device accordingly (Clinician, Home, and Sleep), provided with audible and visual alarms, and the ability to be alerted through a remote alarm system to ensure the patient's safety.
Features: Onboard the device is an intuitive 5-key navigation, a large and clear LED screen with Nellcor sensor compatibility, a set of cradles to store and protect the finger sensor, and the option to use docking stations and attachable printer.
