Nasal Pillow Masks have a small design and are often the most desired CPAP masks for respiratory therapy patients. These minimal-contact masks rest on the user's upper lip and feature straps that secure them around the patient's head. Pressured air is blown via soft tubes that go into the patient's nostrils. They are ideal for patients who suffer from claustrophobia or prefer less material touching their face. These masks do not touch the bridge of the wearer's nose, so it is possible to wear glasses together with them. Nasal pillow masks provide more direct airflow than other types of masks.
